It is hard to drive into...You have to almost drive around the block to access it. I realize that is probably not anything you can do about or change..but you ask for it, no?

Breakfast was not included, had to pay extra for that.

The room wassuper clean and cozy, but the front desk was often unattended.

The room was inviting and the whole facility was clean. We found the staff very responsive and very courteous. The proximity to I-25 and the University of Denver campus was an unexpected bonus for our in-town travel. We would consider staying there again, because we found it to be an excellent value.

The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection and was very convenient on the first day of our stay. We were surprised that the breakfast buffet was not available on the weekend, too. Although the bed was not bad, it was a bit too firm for us.

The front desk lady was extremely rude. She also charged 250.00 for smoking in the room and I don't even smoke and she refused to listen to me.

The staff was fantastic, especially ryan at check-in. He offered tips for coping with the altitude and even printed something for me. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with great options like omelettes.

We had a standard king room and it was comparable to Holiday Inn, Hampton Inns or Hilton Inns in room condition and amenities. The staff was helpful and courteous with our room issue.

The first night we barely had any sleep due to noise from the ice machine and the hotel's heating/cooling system. The noise was not from the room's heater/AC unit. At times it sounded like an engine running and would get louded and at other times was just kind of loud. The hotel manager had us change rooms in the morning and compted the sleepless night.

Front desk clerk ACTUALLY blew his nose while checking us in... THEN handed us room keys! REALLY?? IM A NURSE AND WAS VERY DISGUSTED!!! Also, beds were very uncomfortable.

I appreciated the warm and inviting decor throughout the hotel. The lobby and dining area were both accessible. The staff also provided attentive service.

Could use more seating options in communal areas.

booked a room with good facilities. location: the hotel was very close to downtown, the denver airport and light rail station and highway. had some takeout meals at wahoo's fish taco, set minutes from the venue, i couldn't resist.

The room was big, I thoroughly enjoyed it, and it had central heating, pay TV and a microwave oven.

Had a blast with my friends! We went mountain biking and checked out some great hiking trails nearby. The room was comfy, and we enjoyed a good night's sleep. The location was perfect for exploring, and there were plenty of restaurants close by for meals.

The breakfast service could be better. We had to leave before it opened, and we noticed it was a bit crowded in the dining area during peak hours.
